1. How long has JustPCB been in operation?

JustPCB was established in 1998 and has since experienced remarkable growth, earning a reputation for its swift turntime capabilities and consistently reliable on-time shipping record.

2. What are your business hours?

Our office operates from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM MST. Sales representatives are available from 7:30 AM to 7:00 PM MST. While our business and sales offices are closed on weekends and major China holidays, our manufacturing facility operates 24/7.

3. Where is JustPCB located?

JustPCB’s manufacturing facility is situated in Kunshan city, Jiangsu Province, an hour’s drive from Shanghai. Additionally, the company has divisions located in Sydney, Australia.

4. How do you maintain competitive pricing?

Despite significant increases in raw material costs and labor expenses over the past decade, JustPCB has kept its pricing steady through innovations that reduce costs, minimize waste, and enhance efficiency. Our prices remain highly competitive within the industry while maintaining quality.

5. Are there cancellation fees?

Prorated cancellation fees apply based on the fabrication status at the time of cancellation. Orders such as $33 Each, $66 Each, and Barebones orders are subject to a 100% cancellation fee. Customers should contact their Salesperson promptly and provide written confirmation via fax or email for any verbal cancellations.

6. What is your Privacy Policy?

At JustPCB, we prioritize privacy and do not sell or rent individual personal information to third parties. Information shared for order processing may be shared with manufacturing partners for quotes or fabrication, ensuring compliance with our Privacy Policy and confidentiality measures.

7. When is a tooling NRE fee applicable for PCBs?

A Tooling charge is applicable only when proceeding directly to Production (Custom Spec) without ordering a Proto (Standard Spec) first. Tooling fees are not charged for Protos (Standard Spec) or if the proto (Standard Spec) is reordered for Production (Standard Spec).

8. Do you charge Tooling NRE for minor design changes?

Even minor changes to your printed circuit board warrant new tooling to prevent the use of outdated artwork or CNC programming. Contact your salesperson for specific details on tooling charges for minor changes.

9. What acceptability standards do you adhere to?

We build to IPC A600 Class 2 through IPC 6012 Class 3A standards.

10. Can you manufacture RF applications?

Yes, we can. JustPCB stocks various RF materials such as Rogers 4000, Teflon, and Duroid. Please note that all pricing is subject to change without notice, and we reserve the right to refuse any order at any time.
